OUR BUILDING PARTNERS

Park View Community Mission is known for its collaborative efforts. With so many needs to be met, we know we can't solve these issues alone. Our desire is not to duplicate what is already being done but to work alongside others to meet the needs of individuals and  families in our community. Among the many agencies with whom we work, two are located right in our own building!

The Community Access Network offers primary medical care for both children and adults, regardless of ability to pay, based on the patient's annual household income.

The 5th Street Community Health Center is open seven days a week. The branch clinic at Park View Community Mission is open Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Wednesdays from 9am to 6pm. No appointment is necessary.

The UP Foundation is an Alternative Peer Group Program helping young people maximize their unlimited potential by avoiding, abstaining and recovering from substance use disorders. We  believe that the therapeutic value of one person in recovery helping another is without parallel.
